Youth Ministry
The mission of St. John the Beloved Youth Ministry is to empower youth to live as disciples of Jesus Christ, to lead them into full participation in the Catholic faith community, and to foster real, personal growth in a relationship with God.
St. John the Beloved Youth Ministry is composed of several components as described in the National Conference of Catholic Bishops' document Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry.

The following Youth Minstry Programs are offered at St. John the Beloved:
The EDGE
The EDGE: Middle School Youth Ministry is open to all students in grades 6-8. The EDGE is the faith formation program for middle school students.
HSYM
High School Youth Ministry (HSYM) is open to all students in grades 9-12. HSYM is the faith formation program for high school students.
Team E
This is the Liturgical Team made up of high school and middle school teens which serves at the 5:30pm Vigil Mass every 5th week.
Parent Life
If you are the parent of a child in the EDGE or HSYM, then you are a part of Parent Life. It is the aim of our youth ministry programs to keep parents informed and provide resources to allow you to be the primary catechist in your home. Confirmation Preparation is a separate sacramental preparation program for students in the 8th grade or above.
